No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
Please make sure to double-check your nail sizes, designs, and shipping information before placing your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if you receive a defective product or the wrong item (error on our part), we will gladly send you a free replacement.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your package (calculated based on the carrier's tracking delivery date).
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- You must attach a clear video showing the defect or the incorrect item right after unboxing. Video proof is strictly required for us to process any replacement claims.
- Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will craft and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
